Pricing questions
Do I have to pay for modules we do not use?
No. Pricing is per user, not per module. Your admin switches modules on or off for the company, and the price does not change either way.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Your data stays exactly as you left it. Choose a plan to carry on, or export everything at any time. We do not delete trial data without telling you first.
Can we change plan or user count later?
Yes, at any time. Billing is prorated automatically from the date of the change, so you are never paying for seats you have stopped using.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing is 20% cheaper than monthly, and includes guided onboarding for teams above ten users at no extra cost.
Do you offer a self-hosted deployment?
Yes, on Enterprise. You can run Qubi 360 on your own infrastructure or in a private cloud region, with the same modules and update cycle.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
Cards, net banking and UPI for Indian customers, with GST-compliant invoices. International customers can pay by card or bank transfer in USD, EUR or GBP.
