Every plan starts with a fourteen-day free trial. No card is required to begin, and no charge is made unless you choose a plan.
The trial is the intended way to decide whether the product fits. We would rather you took the full fourteen days than paid and asked for the money back.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual subscription within thirty days of the first payment, we refund the unused portion pro rata.
After thirty days, annual subscriptions are not refunded for the remainder of the term. You keep access until the term ends, and it will not renew.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are not refunded part-way through a month. Cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not trigger a refund of the current one.
Adding and removing users
Users added mid-cycle are charged pro rata for the remainder of that cycle.
Users removed mid-cycle reduce your bill from the next cycle. We do not refund the remainder of the current cycle for a removed seat.
When we refund outside this policy
A billing error on our side — a duplicate charge, a wrong seat count, a charge after a confirmed cancellation. Tell us and we correct it.
A sustained failure of the service that we could not resolve, where an Enterprise service level provides a remedy.
We may also refund where the outcome would otherwise be plainly unfair. Ask, and a person will read the request.
How to request a refund
Email billing@qubi360.com from an address on the account, with the account name and what you are asking for. You do not need a form.
We acknowledge within one business day and decide within five. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
What happens to your data
Cancelling does not delete your data immediately. You keep export access for thirty days after the subscription ends, then it is deleted from live systems.
If you want data removed sooner, ask and we will do it.
