Built for the administration nobody enjoys
Three things the Monitor module handles, so your team spends its time on the work rather than the admin around it.
Activity and idle detection
Time attributed to the task actually being worked on, with idle periods excluded.
Application and website usage
What tools were in use during tracked time, summarised rather than surveilled.
Configurable by team
Switch it on for the teams where it is contractually agreed, and off everywhere else.
Monitor is not a standalone tool
It shares a database with every other module, so a record carries its history forward instead of being re-typed at each stage.
Common questions about Monitor
Do employees know they are being monitored?
They should, and the module is designed on that basis: tracking is visible to the person being tracked, and can be switched on per team rather than company-wide. Check your local employment law before enabling it.
Can screenshots be disabled?
Yes. Each capture type is independent, so you can track time and application usage without screenshots at all.
Is Monitor included in every plan?
Every Qubi 360 plan carries all 43 modules. Your admin decides which are switched on for the company, and separately what employees and clients can reach.
